Common questions

Everything you need to know.

Is Felloship free to use?

Yes, creating an account and setting up a felloship is free. Premium plans unlock advanced features like extended document storage, additional co-owners, and priority support.

What if one co-owner wants to sell or exit?

Felloship lets you capture exit rules, buyout processes, and dispute pathways before any conflict arises. The sell scenario tools also let you model different sale prices and see exactly what each co-owner would receive.

Do I need to already own a property to use Felloship?

No. Many users start using Felloship during the planning stage: calculating borrowing power, exploring grants, and following the guided buying journey before they’ve even found a property.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Felloship is built on Google Firebase with HTTPS encryption throughout, and your data is never shared with third parties. Your felloship is only visible to invited members.

Does Felloship provide financial or legal advice?

No. Felloship is a planning and tracking tool, not a licensed financial or legal service. We always recommend speaking with a solicitor or financial adviser before making co-ownership decisions.
